Shorepine Haven is a fun, family-friendly home near the beach in beautiful Yachats. Located walking distance from downtown shops and restaurants and just a short 2 minute walk to the 804 Trail, you can take a short stroll down to the rocky shoreline, or just a slightly longer walk to the sandy beach in town which winds along the coastal bluff. From the trail, you will have easy access to the beautiful beaches, where you can enjoy the unique lava rock formations, seals playing in the surf, shellfish, and fascinating tide pools.

This home has an ocean view of the horizon from the living room and deck, and with windows open you'll enjoy the sound of the trees rustling and the waves crashing in the distance. There is plenty of room for family and friends with a large dining table and spacious kitchen. In the living room you can enjoy snuggling up with a favorite movie on a stormy day or just gaze out the windows to watch the incoming weather. The primary suite has an attached bath and private door to the back deck and hot tub. An additional bedroom in the house has a queen bed and bath next to it. Accessed outside across the deck is a third bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed. This room has its own bath and is perfect for additional privacy.

Outside, enjoy relaxing on the large deck that the house wraps around. A beautiful yard with shore pines and views of the ocean creates a tranquil space to enjoy. After a day at the beach or after exploring some of the wonders of the Central Oregon Coast, relax in the bubbles and jets of the hot tub on the deck. This special home is the perfect spot to take in the beautiful sights and sounds of Yachats, Gem of the Oregon Coast!

Vehicles: Licensed for 4 (strictly enforced- No street parking allowed)
Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
