New listing! Hundreds of 5 star reviews from previous site! Acres of beautiful, landscaped grounds and a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean will greet you when you arrive at the Oregon House. With Cape Perpetua to the north, Siuslaw National Forest to the east, and Heceta Head Lighthouse to the south, the Oregon House is located on some of the most beautiful and dramatic scenery along the Oregon coast.

This lovely two-story duplex, named Harmony, is at the end of a short gravel driveway on the Oregon House property. Set in a forest of pines and spruce, with ocean views, you will find this the perfect hideaway during your stay at the coast. This cozy one-bedroom home is on the south side of building 5. The bed and bath on the main floor has a big bay window where you can curl up and enjoy some quiet time. Head upstairs to the living area, grab a book or some binoculars, and watch for the wildlife that abounds in this peaceful space. This home has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker, amongst other kitchen gadgets. Open the sliding glass door and spend some time out on the deck amidst the towering trees. Need more room? Rent the other half, Serenity #5B, to sleep two more.

Planning your stay with additional friends and family? There are eight more units available at Oregon House in case you need the room! The Oregon House can accommodate up to 22 people and is perfect for either a romantic getaway, a business retreat or a family reunion! The location makes the Oregon House the perfect home base for exploring the central Oregon coast.

Sleeps 2: 1 King, 1 Full Sofa Sleeper; 1.5 Bath.
Vehicles: Licensed for 1
Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3- 4 night minimum.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

Property was exactly what we were looking for on our 30th anniversary trip to the Oregon Coast. Clean, quiet, well equipped, with a comfortable bed, and access directly to a quiet beach. Perfect location south of Yachats to be away from the crowds and traffic, but easy to get to for dinner and groceries when needed. Already recommended it to my own family.

Florence Trip

The condo was extremely clean. Two issues and one suggestion. There needs to be electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. My wife uses a Cpap and needs it for her side. And there was no outlet on my side if I needed a Cpap and whatever else (my phone) to plug in. Also the main slider seal must be broken. It really distorts the beautiful view. One suggestion, a TV in the bedroom.

Paradise Found

If you are looking for a quiet, romantic getaway, far from the hustle with stunning scenery, this is it. Listening to the waves crash on the shore all night was the white noise we needed to unwind after a busy season of life. I want to keep this place a secret so it can’t be ruined. It’s perfection. You won’t be disappointed. It’s 20 minutes from any town so that’s something to factor in if being close to amenities is important to you.

Oregon House was amazing

We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks and found the accommodations amazing. Yes, the fridge is small, and there is only a microwave and toaster oven to cook with, but with the outdoor grill, we found that we had all that we needed. The location cannot be beat along 101 less than 10 miles from Yachats. With a short walk to the nearly private beach and a balcony overlooking the ocean, we couldn't have asked for more. The laundry room made a longer stay easier.

Anniversary Vacation

It was awesome. Excellent. We had good quiet people next to us the four days we were there. Everybody stayed to themselves pretty much but they were all nice. I would recommend anyone and everyone to check out the Oregon house for a night or a vacation. It’s worth it.

Perfect beach getaway

Condo 5A was a great location for seeing the middle coast. Excellent beach access for great rock hunting and also sand play. The place was spotless, quiet, had a beautiful view, and was really comfortable. It was nice to have the extra half bath, too. I would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet retreat.

Beautiful

Perfect, peaceful location. Great way to spend our anniversary. I would leave all 5 stars if it wasn't for the refrigerator. Absolutely ridiculous to have to get down on your hands and knees to use the very tiny dorm room fridge that is tucked in a corner AND opens the wrong way😆 A full sized fridge would make the space so much better!

A very peaceful and tranquil retreat setting

The landscaped grounds, the postcard ocean view and accomodations were all we could ask for. The location was very peaceful and the private access to the beach led us to a mile or more of daily exercise and beachcoming opportunity. Low tides exposed lots of collectable rocks, which included the largest Oregon Coast agate we have found beachcoming over the years. Our stay was perfect and the location being near Cape Perpetua coupled with all the high tide crashing waves into the rocks and chasms was exactly what we were looking for. It was a very memorable birthday trip for my wife. I could not asked for more to make her time there a happy experience. The Yachats area is a gem and I'm sure we will be back.
