まさか5星で・・・。
兵馬俑を見学するために西安に出かけた。上海から乗り継ぎ２１：００に空港到着。日本から予約していたタクシ－と通訳、中国を訪れるときはいつもセットで予約する。通訳にまだ両替をしていないことを告げると、彼女はホテルで換金の指示、レ－トも問題ないとのコメントあり。選んだホテルは西安で一番とのことでしたが、清潔できれいな空間は良いのですが、トイレの水流が弱くトイレットペ－パ－が流れない。これには本当に困った。翌日、兵馬俑の見学の後、町で買い物をしたとき持っていた１００元が「偽札」。ホテルに帰ってフロントで私と通訳とで経緯を話す。両替した１００元28枚中4枚が偽札。通訳も初めての経験だと言って私よりエキサイトして、警察に届けると大変な見幕。支配人が出てきて再度チェック後、本物に交換して収まったのだが・・・。安全のため5星＋通訳を選んだが、今回の2つの出来事だけは勘弁して欲しいと思った。もう一つ、バ－のカクテルは劇甘。オ－ダ－に要注意です。

I would like to give a big shout out to the Chief Butler (I'm embarrassed that I did not remember his name). This gentleman had gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with arrangement for transportations and dinner reservations. He's a gem. In terms of breakfast, the selections are good, but I wish there are more or maybe change up daily so it doesn't get boring. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel as well as the attentiveness from the staff. Highly recommend.

除了酒店比较难找（大门进去就是酒店群，有很多类似的索菲特人民，美居，索菲特传奇等等）而且标识不清楚，刚去的时候下着雨，园区里走了不少冤枉路），其他都很满意！ 酒店欧式风格，安静典雅。房间格局合理，用的是爱马仕的沐浴产品，依云水也是免费喝的，还会每天补充水果，很赞！管家也很贴心，退房前一天会主动联系询问退房时间是否需要延长。

Un lujo que merece la pena..
Buena Ubicación, Todo el personal Excelente. Cuenta con un apero totalmente gratis pasada las 17:00 hr, que no está nada mal. El único detalle es que mucha de las entretenciones y restauranes están en sofitel on renmin, por lo que se debe salir y caminar algunos metros. La mesa de pool un desastre y peor aun se debe pagar por usarla.

Lovely hotel
Very comfortable room (great bed, strong shower, blackout curtains). The breakfast was lovely. The hotel arranged a car to take us to the terra-cotta warriors.

Best hotel in XiAn
I believe this is the nicest hotel in XiAn. Beautiful hotel in a great area, inside the ancient walls of the city and within walking distance of the center, the drum and bell towers, and Muslim street. Service was top notch. Tough to find food hotels outside of major cities in China (Beijing, Shanghai, etc..), but this definitely did not disappoint . Surprising for XiAn.

Magical 30th Birthday in Xi'an
The hotel was up there with the best in Asia - a glass of champagne on arrival and incredibly attentive staff at every level from the cleaners to the GM. The rooms were furnished to top international standard and incredibly tastefully done. I was staying for my 30th birthday - unfortunately the hotel left it to 8.30 pm to send me a little cake but by that point we had put my daughter down to sleep and they KEPT calling the room telephone to try and deliver it and waking her up. I had to go down and tell them to stop calling and that it was too late for us. The only small issue on an otherwise fantastic stay.

This is a beautiful hotel the prospect is gorgeous and the building is absolutely beautiful. The staff are attentive and the afternoon cocktails were a great bonus. The “free” minibar is not much to write home about so don’t get too excited about that but that’s hardly an issue.

Great location! Walking distance to Drum Tower, Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter. In a compound away from the street so very quiet. One of the few hotels that has a pool which is unusual in Xi’an. Staff speak excellent English and are very helpful. Spacious rooms.

Above and beyond!
It was not my first trip to China and certainly not the last, however, being a frequent traveler it was my first time I felt such an exceptional hospitality and was surrounded by incredibly welcoming and caring staff that I feelt for a moment I am leaving not a hotel but home. The property is located in a quiet area further away from busy roads creating an impression you're out of town. The room was large and tastefully decorated, and had everything you can only need while far away from home. I am certainly staying here if I come back to Xi'an!

The staff were incredible - warm, friendly and genuinely helpful (even preempting my needs on one occasion). The hotel itself is a beautiful building in a quiet, central location and the room was very well appointed.

A true 5-star hotel option in Xi'an
We loved the time we spent at the Legend People's Grand Hotel, not to be confused with the three other hotels that are part of the same compound. Although they are owned/operated by French group Accor, the People's Grand is their flagship property. To say the hotel is in perfect shape, would be an understatement. Styled after a French chateau, the building and rooms have been fully renovated. The hotel staff was attentive to every request, and the rooms did not miss a single detail. I have been to very few rooms where every single detail (from a French press coffee maker) to plush slippers and bathrobes was so thought of. If you are visiting Xi'an, the People's Grand will provide all the charm of a high-end French hotel with the service and kindness of its Chinese staff. Every afternoon, the hotel offers complimentary drinks and snacks in the beautiful bar. Also, if your visit to Xi'an includes a trip to the Terracotta Warriors, the concierge at the hotel can arrange a chauffeured car and guide at reasonable prices. The only (small) disappointment for us was the Chinese restaurant in the adjacent building, recommended by the concierge. In truth, high-end cuisine in Xi'an is limited, but we were hoping for expected a better experience from a 5-star hotel.

Nice Hotel with friendly and helpful staffs.
The staffs are friendly and helpful when we ask for a box to pack the local food stuff for airport check-in. They offer to help us pack in the box already for our check-out on the next day.

酒店客房不错，位置不错，自助早餐很差
除了自助早餐不好（服务还是菜品都很差），咖啡要了好几遍，都不记得。点早餐时，不记录，说都能记得。结果上餐时丢三落四。还总是要催。服务太差了。客房服务等其它都很好。
