画像と比べると狭くシティビューではあるが向きがダウンタウン側で鐘楼が半分しか見えなくて少しがっかり。お値段なりのお部屋だったって事でしょうか…。スタッフは優しく愛嬌もある、ベッドメーキングは毎日してくれててもシーツを替えてくれたのは一回…だったと思う。最初の夜は壁が薄いのか隣の部屋のおじさんがおっきい声で怒鳴り散らしててホテル変えようかと思うほどだったけど（多分酔ってたんだろう。朝吐く音も丸聞こえだったから）次の日からは特に何もなく過ごせました。地下鉄もシャトルバスもイスラム街もすぐで回りは美味しい御飯屋が多いし、多分次もここに泊まると思う。強いて言えばドライヤー…普通のが欲しい。

立地は最高！　

年末年始に３泊しました。地下鉄駅が目の前で立地は抜群。市内観光には非常に便利でした。部屋から鐘楼のライトアップが見え素晴らしかった。部屋もきれいでコスパはいい。ただ暖房の調整が難しかった。回坊風情街入口の北院門に近いのでイスラム文化を感じながら食事を楽しむことができた。一階にある西安飯荘レストランもよかった。総合コスパはいい。

遠くからでもわかりやすい美しい外見が素敵でした。特に夜の夜景がいいです。上から西塔を見下ろすデッキがあればなおよかったです。

交通至便、市内観光に最高の立地

市内中心部、地下鉄駅近くで交通至便。すぐ近くに繁華街があり、食事や観光にも便利です。水や食品が買える便利店も近くにあります。室内は水回りに古さが目立ちますが、それ以外は満足でした。スタンダードシティビューに泊まりましたが、鐘楼が少しだけ見えました。また西安に行く機会があれば、利用したいと思います。

鐘楼の目の前に位置しており、市内観光のためのアクセスが非常に良い。地下鉄の鐘楼駅へも徒歩で5分ほど。また、空港や郊外の観光地へ向かうバスの発着場がホテルのすぐ裏手にある。フロントのスタッフとは英語でやり取りすることができる。困ったことがあると迅速に対応してくれてありがたかった。

立地はよいが。

部屋から鐘楼のライトアップを観たくてシティビューの部屋を予約したのに、窓から見えるのは裏の駐車場。中国語ができないので、仕方なくそのまま滞在するしかなかった。予約時の部屋タイプは保証してほしい。シャワーは新しいがバスタブの排水口が錆びていたりする。バスローブあり、タオル類もＯＫ。部屋はそれなりに広いが、サービスは全体におざなりな印象を受けた。エレベーターを降りたところにフリーのミネラルウォーターが置かれていてよかった。立地は抜群、空港リムジンバスの発着所でもあり便利。

フロントで予約が無いと言われ焦った。支払いもしたのかと聞かれ、ややこしいことになったかと思った。結局、予約したことを信用してくれ、エグゼクティブルームにアップグレードしてもらったが、デポジットを1000元も取られて不安に思った。チェックアウト時には、きちんと支払いが確認されており、デポジットも返金され良かった。エクスペディアに連絡したかったが、お問い合わせフォームの送信ができなかった。このことに非常に不満。中国のネット事情も考え、メールアドレスを開示してほしい。携帯メールは送れたので、そちらから問い合わせを送れたはず。

清掃に難あり。

空調は温度の調節ができませんでした。クーラーをつけるととても寒く、切るととても暑かったです。部屋の掃除もいい加減で、使い古しのタオル、しかも他の部屋での使用済みのタオルが置かれました。シーツの交換もありません。半分の部屋の景観は悪いです。残念なホテルです。

Convenient location! The hotel is located right in front of the Bell Tower and Drum Tower (city center). Airport bus stop is at the backyard of the hotel. Subway station is only minutes away (30min ride to the high speed railway station). The room is clean and the facilities are OK.

西安・洛陽観光に最適の便利ホテル

西安・洛陽を腰を据えて観光するために6泊しました。当ホテルは西安中心の鐘楼の目の前にあり、ホテルは地下鉄２号線鐘楼駅と直結していて大変便利なロケーションでした。結論的にはこの便利さのお蔭で西安市内、西安郊外と洛陽の主要観光スポットをほぼ制覇できたと考えています。地下鉄２号線は高鐵（新幹線）の西安北駅に一本で行けるので洛陽龍門駅（洛陽）や華山北駅（崋山）に行くのが簡単ですし、空港リムジンも混雑渋滞する市内ではなく西安北駅から利用しました。鐘楼の近くには有名な回民街があり、西安名物のビャンビャン麺や羊肉のバーガーなども楽しく気軽に堪能できます。ホテルの施設自体はある程度の年季は入っていますが、清潔に管理されている印象で、セキュリティ的にも問題なく、コスパも良好と思います。日々の清掃などのサービスもしっかりしており、毎日２本のペットボトルのお水も大変助かりました。また西安に来る機会があれば利用したいと思います。

西安のお気に入りホテル

宿泊は2度目。どちらか言えばお気に入り。スタッフがあまり愛想よく無いのは、言葉が解らない所為であって不親切なのでは無い。必要な事は頼めばやってくれる。英語はそれ程通じないのでbaidu翻訳を使うのが良い。設備は問題ないし、ベッドも良い。中国のホテルは床掃除が雑。床は地面扱いなのかも知れない。他は清潔。何と言ってもロケーションが良い。西安北駅から地鉄で直通、鐘楼が見えて、回民街が歩いていける。餃子宴の店が正面に見えていて、コーヒー店もある、夜遊びしてもすぐ帰って寝れる。 wifiもストレス無く使える様になっていた。

西安は初めての滞在ですが、ここに泊まれば、観光に不自由は全くありません。立地条件は申し分ありません。グレードの問題だと思いますが、部屋は少し窮屈です。浴槽はついていますが、浅いのと狭いので、風呂を満喫するのはちょっと辛い設備です。冷蔵庫はありますので、飲み物の保存に不便はありません。地鉄、バスともに近いので移動に不便はありません。

Doesn't stick to the request of no smoking. Room. The room is old and need renovation. The plus side of the hotel is its lo.cation
