"Definitely NOT a hotel! More like a hostel. Staff terrible, don’t think they have ever been trained in hospitality and customer service. Food was diabolical , we had a top room. Off-colour sheets, no blanket, no coffee/tea facilities, no fridge, felt sorry for restaurant staff. Don’t think there was a proper chef :( Hotel was very noisy, you hear every step on the stairs, every child, every bang of a door, bed comfort was ok.
