"We recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day getaway, and it was fantastic. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM. "Moc hezky hotel zvenci i uvnitr, vsude cisto a teplo, nic nam nechybelo, a vyuzili jsme i privatni wellness, bylo levne. Nedaleko byla sjezdovka, na niz jsme dosli v klidu pesky, v hotelu pak susarna s moznosti uskladneni snowboardu. Komunikace s pani spravcovou byla vyborna."

"Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure! Loved it here!"
