Aufenthalt sehr geärgert hat, das die Klimaanlage tagsüber, wo kein Gast im Hotel ist zur Verfügung stand und Abends, wenn die Hotelgäste kommen ausgeschaltet wurde. Selbst nach meiner Anfrage, wurde dies ignoriert. Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es eine Klimaanlage auf der Homepage anbietet. Dann im Hochsommer ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoß zu haben, ohne Klimaanlage, das finde...

"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure! "I prepaid the stay partly by redeeming Expedia reward points, partly with a credit card. However the property billed me upon checkout, apparently for the value of the redeemed points. This was a very unwelcome surprise."
