"We had a fantastic room with a balcony which was a special bonus. The hotel has a pool, hot tub and sauna which were great to relax in. Bed was very comfortable. We only had breakfast one morning and was a little disappointed but would definitely stay at this hotel again! "

Get the breakfast option, it was great, and they will also make omelets or other items that are not on the buffet. Entire staff was excellent and helpful. Swimming pool was not open at the start of our stay but when it was I used it everyday - fantastic amenity. The hotel gym was small but perfect for our use.

"Great location for enjoying the centre of Krakow. Not too far to walk from the station - 15 mins. A little difficult to find as the entrance on the main street is not that obvious. Room was not huge but well presented. No noise from the night life outside! Breakfast was fine - but for me a limited choice opf hot food as I like the full English (at least from the buffet - maybe more options on the a la carte)"
