Overall great stay for the $ with in walkable distance to old town. Front desk staff needs to be more warm and happy as they provide first hotel impressions to arrival guests.

What a horror story this property. Extremely old and poorly kept, definitely not a 5-star property, not only for the property but especially for the complete lack of services amenities and personnel. Speaking about the personnel, they were extremely rude and unhelpful both front office and housekeeping. We decided to check out earlier in order to avoid spoiling the rest of our holiday. Stay away from this hotel if you want to enjoy Wroclaw.

We only stayed for one night, but the 5 star rating is deceiving. I feel bad to say that I didn’t feel like it was a 5 star hotel. There’s no ramp to go down to the lobby/ front desk from the main entrance for those who have rolling luggages or strollers, only stairs and a wheelchair elevator. It was pretty empty in terms of staff and guests. The room was spacious and clean but the pillows barely held its form and the bedsheets were coming off the bed. The location was nice and quiet, close in proximity to the Market Square, mall, and park.

Lovely 3 night stay at the Granary Suite Hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. Had a garden room in the older part where of the hotel which was nice and spacious with comfortable beds. Short walk into the town square which meant it was far enough to be nice and quiet in the evening. Didn’t have a chance to eat in for dinner but couldn’t fault the breakfast buffet. Whole place was clean and well presented.

Nice hotel, near old town
Friendly staff, large rooms with plenty of furniture. Good location, walking distance to old town. However, there is no lift access from street level to the lobby - you must carry luggage down a flight of black stairs backlit by harsh led strips with little overhead lighting which makes it very difficult to see the steps when going up and down. Also, the wheelchair lift was not in working order when we were there, so that wasn’t an option for the seniors in our group who had trouble navigating the stairs. The hotel parking loy is very small with room for less than ten vehicles.
