「Staff that we encountered seemed to give different information about breakfast. On enquiring about format we were told ‘ 9 ish’ no set price as we could select from menu, however on taking breakfast full English was only option. It was a good breakfast but had to chase staff for a cup, more tea/coffee, only gave 2 cubes of sugar ?? If you wanted an early start 9/9.30 is too late . Lovely room in a lovely location but again some small niggles. Had to provide our own shampoo/ shower gel, security...

「Room to a high standard and hotel was well presented. Bed mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. Main disappointment was the staff. Reception staff were robotic and unengaging. Most staff we encountered failed to engage and did not acknowledge our presence. Bar staff were young and inexperienced, hard to get their attention. Great hotel but staff let it down , not sure if we stay again.」

「A long climb up to the hotel but lovely view . Spacious cabins with excellent walk in shower ,clean with good facilities. Nice food and very friendly staff」

「An old farm house with small guest rooms and very nice sitting areas on the main floor. Good location but a little tricky to find as it is very close to the roundabout and the Blue Bell Farm sign is small and easy to miss. 」
