As you enter the property, head on through the hallway to the light and airy, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner – the social heart of the property. On entry you’ll immediately notice the stunning views through the balcony doors as well as the stylish interiors that make this space wonderful for relaxing in together before or after your North Devon adventures. Relax on the L-shaped sofa beside the balcony, flick on the Smart TV for some entertainment or grab your holiday read to while away the evening. When stomachs start to rumble, lay up the nearby, colourful dining table and walk through to the well-appointed, whitewashed kitchen space where you’ll find all you need to whip up a Devon feast for your loved ones, perhaps using the fresh seafood you’ve sourced during the day. When day turns to night, walk back through the hallway and choose from three delightful bedrooms, all of which offer neat, crisp interiors and sumptuous beds to help reenergise you for the next day. Find a welcoming bunk bedroom that little ones will love and a well-equipped family shower room on this floor, or head upstairs to choose from the king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, or another king-size bedroom but with zip-and-link beds that can be converted to twins on request.
