"All the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy and a good location. I was concerned it might be a bit far out but it was within walking distance of the attractions we wanted to see and I liked the quiet residential area. We ate in the restaurant and used room service. A bit more variety on the menu would have been good but we enjoyed the food we had. There was a large selection at breakfast and items were topped up regularly. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in Oxford. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Room was great - quirky features primarily due to age of building. Parking fine. Check in good - Melissa very helpful. Michael helpful with baggage to room. Jose friendly in bar. Breakfast fine, service could have been smoother as could communication. Overall enjoyable stay."
