The property/condo was clean and nice. I did not like that I had to pay a cleaning fee AND still had to basically clean before I left (with the threat of being charged an additional fee).
The surrounding area is scary. There is a park across the street with tons of homeless people hanging out. And there was a shooting at a bar and grill literally a block away.
As long as you stay in the home and don’t venture out on foot, you should be good.

The lobby is perhaps the best part. In my room, the sink was a bit dirty and there were fingerprints on everything metallic and shiny. The shower and toilet were very clean.
