Find Wolf Island Provincial Park Bed And Breakfast

"When we arrived we had to have someone come.to close the blind since it was so high we couldn't access it. The room temperature was at 25 which was far too warm. We turned on the air conditioner but it wasn't working very well. We ended up taking the filters out and they were black with dirt. The guys at the front desk cleaned them and brought them back to the room. The washroom wasn't the cleanest. There was brown all around the sink and the amount if soap scum in the bottom of the shower curtain was atrocious. The beds need to be updated. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The one that I slept in tilted to the headboard so you were constantly feeling like you were sliding. The person thst I slept with was literally 2 inches lower than I was when lying down. When checking out the person did not seem interested in knowing what any if the issues were. I don't think I would spend my money on this hotel again."

"As someone who travels frequently and usually stays in small town motels this was a disappointment. I was here for about 10 days and my bedding was not changed once. No one was in our room for the first 5 days we were there I had called the front to ask if they could clean up the room as the garbage was starting to pile up. They said they just cleaned it and when I got back to the room the took the garbage and left fresh towels not put away but left folded in a pile on the chair. The floors have lots of dirt and sand on them as it was raining lots and sandy. The floors got swept on the 8th day this was after I went out and bought a broom because it was terrible. They did make the bed that day but they did not change the sheets and I know this because there was still sand in my bed when I got into it. Now I would expect this at a very cheap run down motel but it was 150.00 a night. Also the internet was so spotty that you could not stream on the tv. If this was not the only option fine just watch cable but there wasn't any. Truly a poor experience all around. We are working in the area and the other 2 guys shared my sentiment. I would not stay here again. Not for the price anyways."

"I have been staying at hotels for quite a while. But the stay here was excellent. There were no issues. In fact, the staff was amazing. And the property was in great shape. It was very nice to stay there."

"The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the back gardens is a big plus. Margaret is very accessible and helpful. Her garden shop is a lovely place to browse. This is our third stay and we will most likely return if visiting in the area."

"This property is incredible! Hotel has it all. Big wonderful well appointed rooms, great restaurants and amazing service. At night there are often deer roaming around. The history of the property is also fascinating to learn about. Can’t wait to stay again. "

"room was clean as could be but needs to be painted a new bed would help a lot. no heat hot water if you let water run for 30 minutes. there was only a shower in the bathroom and it was not clean "
