"One thing I didn’t like about this hotel policy is I arriving from 18 hrs trip around 1:30 PM they told me earlier check-in it cost $50 because check-in time is 3 PM. I have been around the world many hotels if room is available you should allow customer to check in before 3 PM if room is not available ..."
