Summary:

This lovely one bedroom, one bath home is centrally located in Wise and within minutes to the university. Guest will enjoy the living room with large smart tv, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable king bed and peaceful back patio with mountain views. Great parking, high speed internet and simple decor.



The Space:

Guests will park in the driveway and enter through the front door into the living room. The home has one bedroom, one bath, home office, and eat in kitchen. Off of the kitchen is the back patio with dining table and grill. The patio overlooks the private, fenced backyard.

Guests will have full access to every area of the home excluding the outdoor storage building.
