**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a hotel size king bed and ensuite bathroom while the

second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed along and a queen bed for maximum

sleeping space.

There is even a sleeper sofa in the living room.

via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day

of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is

located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned

parking.
