「amazing place to stay!」

「Great location for our trip for one night passing thru...facility is showing its age a bit..breakfast area was small. rooms were comfortable and breakfast good」

「Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan.」

「5 stars for cleanliness! 4star overall rating because of the following issues: 1. Room was advertised as having a coffe/tea maker - there wasn't one. 2. Bathroom sink did not drain properly. 3. Outside area was overgrown with weeds. Even the entrance sign to the parking lot was partially obstructed by weeds.」

「Great place and good atmosphere!」

「The property is beautiful and well maintained. Customer service was top notch. The technology for elevator access provides extra safety to guests. Rooftop pool and deck were gorgeous. The restaurant was unique and food delicious. The slots played well with us. Plan on going again.」

「We spent two nights and a day for a personal retreat. Nice walks nearby. Cafeteria had pretty good food but expensive. I use a walker and found facilities challenging to navigate. Lots of stairs. Setting was pretty.」

「Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...

「old and worn out . Highwaynoise & refrigerator noise . No stopper in tub .」

「ロフト付きの部屋で2階にベッドがありましたが1階にも収納式ベッドがあり、使う時だけ出せるのでお部屋を広々使えました。家族や３人以上の滞在に良いと思います。」

「Dropped in for a weekend at the horseshoe, we ran into an issue with the TV which was promptly corrected which was great. We did arrive about 45 min early to check in, which they had available for a charge, which was disappointing it wasn't like it was hours early. The room was a room, nothing stood out as special, the windows opened which was nice to help with the humidity from the shower since the vent didn't expel the humidity quick. The one down fall we found was the very heavy "barn" style...

「There was nothing especially special about the hotel room however we did notify the staff that the curtains do not fully cover the window so it literally was like having the light on all night. The room was clean. I know the maid was actually probably recently in there because a lot of the cleaning」
