Find Luxury Hotels in Winter Haven, FL

"I booked this room and Expedia said that it was an all in price nothing hidden. When I got there, I was charged $25 for amenity fees. Expedia advertised that it had a pool a sauna a workout room and many other things. They said it was an all in price. Why was I charged $25 for amenities?"

"Clean, quiet room, lots of space, good value. We had a 2BR/2Bath condo with a full kitchen for half the price of a typical Disney hotel that was only 15-20 min from the parks. "

"The room was clean and large. The bathroom was clean but very dated. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were a group of men hanging out in the parking lot playing loud music and smoking weed. I was there as a single female and felt super uncomfortable walking in and out to my car. I did notice on the last day there was a security officer outside in the area so others must have complained. The rap music was loud outside your room if you had a ground floor. Clearly they were not following the no marijuana sign on the hotel door."
