「ホテルはかつての領主の自宅を改築したような印象で、周りは木々に囲まれて鳥の鳴き声、花々に囲まれた美しい環境だった。ただ、雨が降り続いた後で、ぬかるみが多く歩き回ることはできなかったのが残念だった。部屋にTVがないのも印象的だった。」

「Great place to stay only 1 hr out of Christchurch.We woke up to the best view of the mountains right out the bedroom window. Rakaia gorge is beautiful with jetboat walk or swim if you want to brave the cold. Nice relaxing stay for 2 days. I would definitely stay again」

「From the four hotels we stayed during our short trip to NZ, this provided us by far with the best experience. Proximity to the Mt Hutt ski area was key, but the best part was the attention and assistance provided numerous times for different reasons - nothing was too much trouble. The food from the restaurant was also superb - delicious, generous, and well presented. Staff was always smiling, pleasant, and ready to assist wherever possible - so helpful especially when travelling with children....

「A short ten min drive out of Methven situated on a lovely farm area. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Room for the whole family. Nice escape. 」

「Really good location and apartment is clean, however the main heater didn't seem to work and the cupboard door housing the oven extractor fell off. Needs a bit of TLC. Overall though the communications was clear and everything was seemless. 」
