Modern hotel but like another garden inn at another London airport the temperature is messed up - the whole property is way too hot (25°+ I think) and in room AC is actually too cold. Comforters are too thin and pillows are useless - way too thin. 2 bars on site - good. 5-min walk to T2, so convenient ...

Lovely room sofa, couch a bit lumpy, but that’s to be expected. Wonderful surprise to receive champagne upon arrival I love the VIP lounge. The hotel has such a cool vibe would definitely return. Great location.
