Peaceful River House - 20 minutes from Portland

Quiet, secluded, pet-friendly riverfront home on the Presumpscot River. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, yard games or just relaxing on the spacious deck overlooking the water. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a TV room/office, there's plenty of space for everyone!

Nestled among trees and away from everything, yet less than 30 minutes from anything you'd want to do - downtown Portland, the Sebago Lake area & many popular breweries.

This is a year-round home with everything you need to be comfortable.
There are 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen with twin trundle, and King), 3 bathrooms, all with showers, including one in the King bedroom 'suite'. There is an Office/TV Room with a Smart TV to access your Prime, Netflix or other accounts, plus a desk with USB docking station monitor, keyboard, mouse and video camera if you are stuck working from 'home'! This room also has a bonus full size futon bed/couch. Wifi throughout the house and on the deck. Indoor dining area for rainy days, but the best part of the house is the large deck with table seating for 8 and a 3-burner Weber grill. Inside is a kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Living room with a full size couch and love seat.

Outdoor fun - there are kayaks and a canoe for you to use, plus lifejackets for adult XS up to 3XL. We have fishing rods (though you do need a fishing permit, which you can get online), a fire pit, Can Jam and plenty of outdoor space to run around. There is a (seasonal) dock, or just walk into the water from the riverbank.

We are very happy to host children and those under 12 don’t need to be counted in the occupancy. So 6 adults and 2 children are welcome to book!
