Great little place!

We decided to stay out of town as this looked good for the kids and we weren't disappointed, it's in a great location and the kids loved the evening entertainment too, everything is catered for. We left you a bottle of wine to say thank you for letting

Family Break in the Lakes

Lovely, well looked after, big and clean lodge with close view and access on to Windermere. Nice park with good facilities and easy access to the wider lakes area. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay for our reunion.

We all loved this property. Very clean and supplied with more than what we needed. Beds were soft and comfortable. Lovely quiet spot and a very short walk to the lake. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Short break in Windermere

Have stayed here previously and would happily stay here again. The lodge is cosy and comfortable, lovely to come back to after a day out in the Lakes. Ideally positioned for access to Windermere, Ambleside, Grasmere and Keswick, allowing early Christmas shopping and opportunity to catch up with friends and relatives. Information from the host is helpful and easy to follow.

A lovely clean lodge in a very good location with lots of stuff to do with the kids a short drive away. Only gripe was that the wifi was poor at the lodge, other than that a very pleasant stay and would certainly return!

We had a lovely stay at lakeside 15, the lodge was perfect for us and good value for money, it was 2 minutes from the lake and 5 minutes to reception and clubhouse. We will definitely be back.

Nice sized chalet

We were visiting family in Windermere and so this felt like a good location for us. Nice spacious chalet with plenty of comfortable furniture to sit on and eat at. The beds were comfy, showers good and it was quiet which was nice as on a large site with other chalets. A great little shop on the site too which was very useful with friendly staff. Thank you.

Perfect break

We have just had the most perfect break, the cabin was just what we wanted, clean and tidy, just a couple of minutes walk to the marina. Communication with the owner was spot on. I think we will go back again next year

Lodge by the lake

This is a lovely lodge, very close to the lake. It was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend and will come back again. We did miss a dishwasher and would have preferred this to a washing machine.But it was a well equipped lodge. Thank you Penny

Excellent location, bus stops outside. All famous location easily accessible without a car.

There were problems with central heating and took two days to resolve but our host Penny got the issue solved as soon as she could and was easily available. It did not deter and we were able to travel easily and left key in safe. The property was excellent and the site immaculate and reception very helpful

Perfect mini break

We have just returned from a lovely stay at Lakeside15, White Cross Bay, Ambleside. The lodge was perfect and the glorious weather was an added bonus. The lodge was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. The only issue, as mentioned by other people is the WiFi is patchy at best, and you needed to be right by reception for a signal. But no big deal as we were on holiday after all. Would definitely return,

Highly recommended!

Well what can we say? what an absolute pleasure it was to stay at Lakeside 15 lodge! Myself, my partner and our 3 young daughters had an amazing holiday, the lodge was VERY homely and you could tell a lot of thought and love has been put into welcoming and making people feel at home there. Honestly take it from us if your looking for somewhere to have a break away and still feel at home with your family this is the place to go... close to everything you need in a beautiful peaceful surrounding. We will DEFINITELY be visiting again in the future!

Beautiful location

Beautiful location. The cabin is comfortable. Our issue is the internet. It would not connect. The management at White Cross Bay, who are responsible for the wifi/internet, said that it’s not guaranteed to work because of the location. Also, the towels all smelled awful. (musty) We enjoyed the patio and the pool for our grandsons. It’s a lovely holiday spot.
