Here at the Merewood, Chef Ambrus and his team are constantly trying to improve our offerings in the 8 course taster menu in the Arboreal restaurant, as well as the Merewood Grill and only work with the freshest and most local (where possible) ingredients, so to hear such kind comments is gratefully received.
