"The room was very good, clean and tidy. Good tea and coffee facilities. Good food down in the restaurant and excellent service by staff! The only thing that let it down slightly was the bathroom which was in need of a refurbishment as wood has been used to trim the base of the shower and it was warped and blackened from the water/steam. Other than that it was a fantastic stay."

"Don't get me wrong. Staff was very friendly, Room was clean and food was good. Unfortunaetly when is -1 outside and you turning heating off from 8pm for over the night. Room temp droping to 12 degrees. When I arrived heating was on but not, when ive returned from meal. I'was shivering all night and couldnt sleep. No one there at night to complain. Cannot recommend you guys, no matter how cheap or expensive it was, you should look after customers. "

"Great location centre of the town by a car park where you can see your car parked. Very quiet comfortable. Needs more hangers. Local railway we seen the Flying Scotchman. Nice local beaches. Bars and restaurants walking distance. Excellent facilities."
