We stayed at the standard 1-bed cottage and it was great for a party of 2. The cottage was exactly as described. We enjoyed the hot tub. The location is great for visiting different areas of Gros Morne national park. Highly recommend it

Very friendly, clean and comfortable. Right outside of Gros Morne park. Needs some updates for ex, toilet and doors closing issue. Great value for price.

The property was great for being close to the trails. It was perfect for a place to sleep and to cook our own meals, we loved using the barbecue! The cottage was very clean, but as the other reviews mentioned, they are pretty outdated. That didn’t matter to us though! The reception was incredibly friendly and the hot tub was great - super easy to book your time slot and we loved having some relax time each night!

This was a great location for our travel plans. It is a basic cottage, but had everything we needed for our trip. It was late when we arrived, but Nicole met us and showed us everything we needed to know. It was a great find!

I would never go back I’m sorry but we had for 2 nights after one night we realized we can’t stay here again so went CB for day and from there went home so lot out a day over 200 … again sorry even say this but I never liked much it was clean yes but everything there is what they had when they open I say like 1980 stuff I hate complaining but for 450 for 2 nights most definitely not worth it maybe 100 a night be ok …only thing I say new was TV everything else was super old .. shower very old and poor pressure , no AC , no dehumidifier and man everything there feels wet . It was like you can smell the damp like moldy smell wife and daughter is bad allergies and asthma so was not good place for them … if I where them I would add dehumidifiers to each unit this will help out lot . I believe this place had lots good just they need to start updating things here im sure I’m not only one

Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De ligging ten opzichte van Trout river en Rocky harbour was ideaal. Vriendelijke eigenaresse.

As long as you understand it’s a rustic cabin, you’ll be fine. The woman who runs it is terrific - she lives on sight and is very helpful. She let us use the washer:dryer for free and it was a really nice (not industrial) one. She replaced the rusty grill grates on the BBQ for us which we used to cook dinner. Full equipped cottage except no microwave. Really good cable TV. Beds were super comfy; couch could use replacement. Nice hot tub. We found the whole Gros Morne area to be quite buggy with black flies that bite. Fabulous location to drive to either side of Gros Morne. Would recommend

My wife, daughter and I had been traveling in Newfoundland staying in hotels. These cabins had a nice little kitchen where we could cook our own meal for a couple of days and eat a little healthier. The rooms were comfortable, but the wifi was terrible and I'm guessing it was because it was such a remote location with mountains surrounding it.

Cottages in the mountains.

Location is ideal between Rocky Harbour and Deer Lake. Kitchen and bathroom are rough but were clean, needs an upgrade. Sorry i didnt clean better it was just to small. Sorry for the mess. Cell is rough or poor. But works at the road. I did not bother with xplornet satellite internet. Tv worked ok.

Very clean cabins, but need some TLC. Owners were very nice. The furniture is old. No microwave in the kitchen, the stove kind of worked. Bathroom and bedroom door wouldn’t fully close. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

Very cozy place just a 20 minute drive to the Gros Morne mountain trail head. The hot tub feels amazing after a long hike.

Stayed during Covid.

Cottage was very clean, with plenty of dishes. Bed was also very comfortable. Only downside is we stayed in a cottage that had 2 separate rooms, and the noise and vibrations travel quite loudly through the walls and floor. Would still definitely recommend staying here as it's very centrally located to the different portions of Gros Morne park.

The amenity is a bit old. The utentials are not very clean and we do not have the confident to use them. Not water supply is slow, we need to wait till it gets back. Internet is a bit slow and connection is not stable. Staff is helpful.

Great location! Basic but very comfortable with everything you need when on the road and ready to sight see Gros Morne. The staff were eager to help, nice touch of coffee and cookies. Our cottage was clean. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Very close to the park. Owner was very friendly and available for our late check-in. The place is very quiet. The property does have some limited wifi which we needed a lot since there was no cell service in the area. The beds were comfortable and they extra pillows. The cottages are cheaply build poorly insulated and getting a little old. That made the air pretty humid inside. There is a bbq outside but no microwave.
