Die erste Unterkunft war in einem schlechten und unhygienischen Zustand – der Boden klebte, es roch stark (die Ursache wurde durch das Personal gefunden: Rattenkot in der Abstellkammer), im Bad gab es Schimmel und Möbel waren beschädigt. "De verwarming deed het niet goed, zelfs niet nadat een monteur was geweest. Dan is het niet behaaglijk. De vloer was her en der door vocht kapot. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief einwandfrei. Wir konnten teilweise sogar auf Deutsch uns unterhalten. Der Check-In war auch kein Problem.
