The location was perfect. I walked to the riverfront most days. There was a parking pass for the lot beside the building. The condo is well appointed and very clean.

Beautiful property, and well furnished with comfortable furniture. Location is perfect for all the downtown entertainment. You do get some city noise in the evenings (music from nearby restutants) but thats a matter of preference, and it does get quiet by the time you go off to bed.I'm removing 1 star only because the internet wasnt working our entire stay, and it affected all the smart tvs on the property. I also brought my work laptop with me, so that was a minor inconvenience. Property manager did their best to resolve, and I appreciate their efforts.

Loved our stay in this super cute, well equipped, uber clean, quiet apartment. Nestled within the Brooklyn Arts Social District, lots to eat and drink within steps of the unit. Downtown Wilmington and Riverwalk a few blocks over are easily walkable, too. Kitchen was very well equipped, games to play, and Roku TV for rainy day. The Wrightsville beach is a 20 minute drive, so easy to get to. Loved the area, loved the unit, property management very responsive! Highly recommend!

Our first visit to Wilmington was wonderful - lots of restaurants, shops, and activities! The Downtown Condo (4 Blocks to the Riverwalk) was an ideal choice for us as we were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. The condo was lovely! Very clean, well appointed, and well laid out. We enjoyed all of the Wilmington artwork displayed throughout the condo - a nice touch! The sitting area had lots of windows and light - a perfect spot to start and end the day. We were especially pleased to find the coffee / tea supplies well stocked. Queen bed was very comfortable and both bedrooms were quiet. We would definitely return!!!

My family stayed here for three nights to enjoy the beach and downtown Wilmington and it was the perfect spot. Within walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and bars, but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The property itself was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and communication with the property owner was smooth. Thanks for a great stay!

This property was nicely decorated and clean. A great location with a reasonable walk to downtown Wilmington and the waterfront. We were in for our daughter's UNCW college tour so it was a great place to call home base while in town. I would highly recommend this place to others!

Hi! We loved our stay here! The property was clean and it offered the perfect space for our family’s needs. It was close to many restaurants and the heart of Wilmington, the river walk. The property management company, Evolve, and owner were very responsive for check in details when we arrived a little early. It didn’t bother us, but the property is adjacent to a little restaurant/bar with a quaint outdoor venue with live music which was audible from the condo. They did shut down at a reasonable time in the evenings which was nice. I would highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. During our short stay, the location of this condo helped us pack in all of the activities we had on our wish list. The location is idyllic and perfect for strolls to the riverwalk and for checking out nearby boutiques and restaurants. The beds were also surprisingly comfy for a vacation rental and we slept really well, recharged for our next day of exploring Wilmington. We were only a 20ish minute drive from Wrightsville beach and enjoyed reading about the fun experiences previous guests detailed in the journal provided by the hosts. We highly recommend staying here if you’re interested in a vacation rental near downtown/historic Wilmington.

we had a nice two night stay in this clean, second floor walk up a few blocks from the upper end of the Riverwalk. The area is listed as the Arts District but appears to be a neighborhood in transition and rebuilding. It felt safe and we mostly walked to the busier commercial areas downtown. For a friends group, it was nice having 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and kitchen/great room area is separated from bedrooms. the grocery store was a drive so stock up before arrival. check in worked well and once we got clarification where the parking spot was, things went very well. We would stay there again.
