After we took a shower, the water would not turn off. The showers water handle was broken and we could not turn it off. We couldn’t even change the temp of the water so the shower head just kept pouring out hot water and it was warming up the entire room. We tried to call the lobby but nobody was picking up. My husband had to put on his winter clothes and walk to the front desk to get help. The worker came inside to confirm that the shower was broken and called the maintenance guy. The maintenance guy showed up 5 minutes later and started working on the shower. He came in and out of the room maybe 3 or 4 times and the entire ordeal took way too long. It was already late and we couldn’t go to sleep until around midnight due to this issue. Definitely ruined our night. Then in the morning I went down to the lobby for the breakfast and was so disappointed in what was out. There was only 3 muffins sitting inside a big container. No fruits. There was cereal and a community milk jug in the fridge which seemed very unsanitary. There was juice dispenser so I tried getting cups of orange juice was was only able to get 2 cups. The third cup of orange juice was 90% water and 10% juice. Definitely the worst breakfast any hotel has ever offered.

We were in the room for about ten minutes and to get rid of several bugs. We had to find a new place to stay because the accommodations were unreasonable. Currently working with Expedia to have our money refunded.

The room was mostly clean, but the closet had a musty smell. We had a suite with 2 bathrooms which were needed because the toilet didn't flush well in one and the shower drained very poorly. The other toilet did flush, but that bathtub had no drain plug so you could only shower there. The "breakfast" was almost non-existent. This first day you had a choice of cereal, banana muffin and apples. There was no juices working in the machine and the coffee was like dishwater. But that was the good day. The second day we went, but the front door was still locked at 7:15 when breakfast was supposed to be available beginning at 7:00. No one answered the door and the breakfast room was still dark so we left.

The room was big, but dirty. There were spider webs and dust bunnies all around. Things like light fixtures and hair dryers did not work. The heat worked great and there was plenty of hot water and water pressure. The carpet and couch/chair were stained and smelled. The microwave and refrigerator were not clean. It was advertised as large fresh breakfast included, but some juice, cereal, 1 type of muffin, apple, and coffee is not a large breakfast and we were told after we arrived ,Thurs breakfast was not included only the weekend. We were very disappointed in this place and will not be returning. 1 star is being gracious to them.

Travel with my family 4kids the places is Good for the price but don’t expect luxury please! This is a good space if you have big family breakfast was only cereal coffee and muffins so again not luxury but good 👍

The room was very dirty. There were holes in the bathroom doors. I don’t think the bathtub had been cleaned in weeks. Full of hair and dirt. The sheets were also dirty.

Didn’t use pool. Room was old but clean. No coffee station, no clock, some lights didn’t work. The breakfast was absolutely horrible! No one could speak English but the guy at the desk. He was nice & helpful.

Staff was kind but it seemed like there was really only one staff member, and it was clear by the state of the place. The check-in area was clean and smelled great, but the rooms... not so much. While there was nothing particularly egregious, the room had a weird smell when there was no air circulating (AC/heat), the sheets definitely had some stains, and they do not clean rooms every day. I assume they clean rooms when people check out, but it was still a little frustrating especially because they hadn't given us enough towels (only 2 for a deluxe room that fits 4). When I called down to request towels, I had to actually go back to the check-in area and pick them up myself (hence why I think there's only one staff member managing the whole place). Overall, for the price I guess it wasn't horrific, but the rooms were obviously a little older, a little dingier, and it was just wild how different the state of the room was from the lobby/check-in that was so clean and bright and felt much newer.

Room appeared to be clean and neat. We went to Busch gardens for 6+ hours and returned with dinner to the room around 11pm. The room was infested with roaches! The entire dresser was covered, the nightstand where we sat our sandwiches, the mini refrigerator. We packed our bag, took the video recordings to the front desk and were given a refund. We left and drove over 40mins to a nearby hotel that had vacancy and NO roaches… it was a nightmare.

First, I would like to say that the gentleman that ched me in was very hospitable. Upon entering Room 237, there was a big stain in the carpet. Unfortunately, I do not have a photo of it or the mold around the refrigerator lining, but I was talking with someone on facetime and I showed them everything. The padding on the bed had stains on the left side that hung down beneath the fitted sheet. The refrigerator lining had not been cleaned in a while. Not certain if it was mold, but it looked disguising. My friend tried clean it with a Clorox wipe. The outside of the refrigerator needed to be wiped down, and bathroom tub had rust around the drain, the crevices of the shower looked like no one had cleaned in a while, and there was a bath towel for the floor, but there was no shower curtain! We called the front desk to ask sbout a ice machine and we were given very good directions to it and told that one machine was out of order, but when we got to the machines both machines looked like that had not been cleaned in a while and the one that was out of order had cobwebs in the ice storage bin. The hotel offered a free breakfast, but were uncomfortable eating there.

The room was very dirty and had mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and stall. There was food debris on the floor and upholstered chair indicating the room was not thoroughly cleaned when the previous guest had left. There was absolutely no cleaning done to our room when we left daily . No trash emptied. No clean towels. We had to call the front desk daily to request clean towels and that our trash cans were overflowing on to the floor and needed emptied. They only showed up 1 time during our 4 day stay in this dump. I finally became frustrated after days of nobody cleaning our room and walked to the front desk to complain. When I did I let the manager's wife or daughter know about all the problems once again for about the 5th time and she told me that I should come to the front desk daily and take the towels and walk them myself and to empty our own trash cans out as well. She stated that they weren't aware of any problems with our room which is a flat out LIE! After being yelled at and being told that we should do the housekeeping duties ourselves i left and vowed to let as many people as I could about this TERRIBLE experience! My wife and I are both disabled and we both walk with canes and I'm also taking my first trip since fighting cancer for 3 years and this is how we got treated by management! This was the worst experience we had EVER in our lives! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY AT A PEACE LIKE THIS!
