I commute from Virginia Beach to Williamsburg 6 days a week for work, and I use this hotel for occasional business stays when work becomes especially busy or I need extra rest and less travel time. This hotel provides simple, basic services and does them very well. It is affordable but consistently punches above its weight. The rooms are clean and do not have any unpleasant odors, which can unfortunately be a problem with some lower-priced hotels in the Williamsburg area. The staff is courteous and helpful, and the beds are very soft—which I personally enjoy, although they may not suit everyone. Overall, this is a great, dependable hotel for business travelers who want a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay.

This place was very clean, they had a pancake house right next door for a excellent breakfast and right down the street they have a place to get food till 1:00 3:00 in the morning the cookout which was great since we got in late very nice people definitely recommend this place

Affordable Williamsburg choice

We stayed 1 night between two days at the local amusement and water parks. Just there to sleep and shower, so the reasonable price is attractive. The room had what we needed and the beds were comfortable.

Room was neat at tidy. TV was simple to operate (Guide function worked to actually see what was on, and the list of channels was easy to navigate). No frills, but for place to come and relax and sleep after a long day in Colonial Williamsburg, and was perfectly fine. Bathroom and no stains or grit even in the grout. Also, lots of Restaurants nearby. And easy to find as it was on the main road. Front desk guy after hours was right there too.

Exactly what we needed. Busch Gardens weekend trip for Hallo-Scream. Late check in was easy, Beds were clean and comfortable, Shower had good pressure, and water was nice and hot. We went with the cheaper option because we were only going to be there about 8 hours to get some sleep. No Regrets.

The place was nice for being cheap. They are doing some renovations it seems. The carpet needs cleaned really bad. I walked barefoot and my feet were black. The room smelled really musty. Other than those two things, the service was great, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were really friendly.

After searching for over three hours late at night for a decent place to sleep, finding this inn was an absolute lifesaver. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and immediately put us at ease after a stressful night. He told us that while the property isn't luxurious, they pride themselves on being clean and organized—and he wasn't lying! The room was spotless, tidy, and everything we needed. Yes, the furnishings are a bit outdated and worn, but the exceptional cleanliness and genuine hospitality made up for it completely. If you just need a clean, reliable, and welcoming place to lay your head, I highly recommend this spot. We are so grateful!
