"The lady ahead of me that was checking out they offered her extra points due to the swimming pool being closed. I was just behind her since we arrive before check in and was going to be charged $30 for the 2 hours prior to check in. Fair enough. We went to eat. When we returned the lady did not offer me points on my program. We left the property at 4 am the gentleman just took my card. No Thank you for stay with us just a very sleepy looking fella walking around in the lobby. Really don't know if he was an employee or guest of the hotel"

"This was a great place for the price. My bed was very comfortable and our room was clean and pleasent to be in. We appreciated having a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. The snacks & drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning was nice. Drury Inn offers more, but it costs more. The pool was small and cold, so if a dip in a pool is high on your want list, this isn't going to work well for you. The kids that were there had fun playing, but we got out because of the noise and splashing. If you have children, they will be able to cool off and play with you in the small pool. Overall an excellent place to stay with good parking and close to shopping and restaurants."

"What a find! We were looking for a hotel outside of St.Louis and asked ChatGPT for suggestions. The overall pick was The Principal. Great ratings, great rate. We were already impressed before we reached the hotel. Columbia is a beautiful city. As we drove down Main St it was like stepping back in time. The hotel has a history you’ll have to discover for yourself. You’ll be very happy you stayed here. Graphite, the restaurant, has to-die-for desserts and Cafe on the Abbey is a must for breakfast (be sure to pick up a pecan brownie to go!). We will be back for sure."

"We booked it last minute on a spontaneous trip, and it was so perfect. I was a little disappointed that we got to the cabin so late and had to check out by 11:00 the next morning and couldn’t enjoy all the things, but that was on us. It was perfect for a getaway for my husband and I, and we plan to bring the kids back sometime. "
