Friday night stay. Clean and well-maintained room. A/C-heating easy to operate. TV (Vizio) is complicated to use unless you are familiar with the Vizio remote. King-sized bed was comfortable. Had useful amenities: ironing board, hair dryer, 4.5 frig. Although room was good-sized, bathroom was tiny (but functional), with sink outside bathroom. Although located next to Interstate, hotel & room overall was quiet, safe, accessible, and close proximity to many restaurants. A good experience!

Room was clean, very roomy, lots of towels, staff was kind and very helpful, the online registration was great and cut down a lot of time, would definitely stay again if needed

It looks as if the property is undergoing a renovation. But it was still worthy of the stay. The renovation was not disruptive, or unsightly. Lots of parking close to a lot of different restaurants. Not far off the interstate as well. Would definitely book there again.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. Although the girl is under construction right now, we didn't even notice until our second day! The staff is very nice and, I'm happy to report, the coffee is good and strong. Thank you - we look forward to seeing you next time!

Definitely a hotel transitioning from old ownership to new ownership. Doesn't appear much has been done yet to restore the quality of the hotel. Very old kind of worn out building, manage to get a good night's sleep and that's all we really needed so it worked for us.

The room was clean overall except for the carpet- stained a dirty. It looks like they updated the room but not the carpet. They are renovating the hotel so lots of construction garbage and dust. The toilet in our room could barely flush 2 pieces of toilet paper- very low pressure- but the shower pressure was great! The pool area was dirty with cigarette butts so we did not swim. The breakfast area was clean and the food was pretty decent! Maybe when the whole hotel is renovated it will be much better!

The floors were dirty. Trash all over. Indoor pool was freezing. Breakfast was either empty or still frozen (sausage, hash browns). Apparently Baymont just acquired this property, but much more work should have been done before opening. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets though. The toilet had to be flushed 6x just to get rid of toilet paper.

Not like it used to be, thumbs down.

So much was wrong....from smelly to no battery in our smoke detector...or gummy bears stuck all around our son's adjoining room....stains on the floors, showers gross, lock not abke to lock, missing towel hangers, etc. Had to get tp and towels because they took our dirty ones but did not replenish. Positive was the beds were decent and breakfast was decent. Breakfast area employee was super friendly and nice, so kudos to him!

Pass on this place

The check-in lady and check-out man were great. Beyond that the hotel is a no! Everything was dirty. The breakfast was basically nothing. I came in 30 minutes after breakfast started and most things were gone if they were ever put out in the first place. Had to go to front desk and ask for syrup for waffles. No milk for cereal or coffee. The curtains in our room were torn and broken. Mold everywhere. The bedding was gross. The bottom of the pool was dirty. I highly recommend you find somewhere else!

The hotel was dirty inside the room, hallways, and elevator. My 18 month old kid found a joint laying next to the bed on the ground. Pool area was dirty, room heater had it like a sauna while the pool water was freezing. Front desk worker was very helpful issuing a refund when I brought the joint to her and requested a refund and checked out a couple hours after checking in. Would not recommend to anyone. $50/night is what it should be VS $120/night. Parking lot on west side of hotel looks very shady as well. DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS ON BOOKING SIGHT!!!

Breakfast above average. Curtain did no shut off all outside light. Floor in bathroom needs to cleaned not just wet mopped over and done. I spilled some water and wiped it up and came back black and with some hair which indicates it was not cleaned properly. Wonder about regular floor. No instructions on TV channels and what was free. Ice machine on 1st floor out back door works great but is rusting out at legs. Hope they clean the ice dispensing shout I would stay there again.
