「This property is beautiful and in the middle of everything. It is pricey but they spare no expense with respect to service and amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathrooms are beautiful with wonderful products. Their attention to detail and proactive communication around check in and ensuring the stay is going well is great. Highly recommend!」

「This is probably one of most favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I love the rooftop bar in the location is great along the waterfront which has a lot of old historic buildings. The hotel lobby is amazing. It is so beautiful and so are the rooms. Very modern and comfortable. The breakfast Café and the bar area is amazing as well. I will definitely be staying here again and other canopies in the future.」

「This hotel is fantastic, but you definitely pay for it. Portland, in general, is expensive. Parking was $45/night, very basic hotel breakfast for 3 was $70 ($35 of that was covered by hotel amenity fee credit), but overall just expensive. I made the reservation because I wanted to be walkable to most things, and it is, but I’d save a couple hundred and drive a mile or so to something less expensive if I were ever back in Portland.」

「The property was clean with unique decor. Great coffee with limited on the go food options. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the room, however the open bathroom layout can prove to be tricky, if traveling with anyone other than yourself or a romantic partner. 」

「Had a quick one night stay at The Francis and am so glad we landed there for our only night in Portland. Extremely clean, well decorated, lots of thoughtful touches and a perfect all around vibe! Bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was great! The staff was extremely nice/helpful. Very walkable area right on Congress next to so many cute dining places. If you’re looking for a well-appointed place on a great location with lots of charm, The Francis is it! 」
