「I thought Best Westerns were hotels not motels when booking, so was not what I expected when I got to the property. The shower drain was insufficient for the amount of water coming out of the shower head so the tub backed up. Overall just a bunch of small things that each individually wouldn't be a problem but were so numerous that I would not stay at this property again.」

「The hotel overall is a very cute, trendy, and in a convenient location. But we had a lot of concerns: 1. The fridge had an odor of old food along with stains in it 2. The only mirror is the bathroom sink 3. There was nowhere in the shower to place my own toiletries; also difficult to wash legs without a step of some sort 4. The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5. Called guest services/housekeeping 3 times...

「Great check-in experience. Disappointed about the room. Pretty insecure and draft a door, the outside sidewalk and parking lot are uneven and hazardous for anyone other than a six-year-old. The towels are a paper thin so ask for extras when you check in. It didn’t smell too bad but the microwave is so old. It has a knob to turn. My 13-year-old just looked at it. The cops do drive through the parking lot, so there is that but at certain lock my car. I don’t know about the breakfast because I...
