We only had one night in Doolin but the Hotel Doolin was a great place to lay our heads. Big room, comfy bed and ideal location.

After staying in many hotels all around the country on our visit over 11 days, we found the Ross Hotel room to be the most special. Our room had a king bed, fireplace, sitting area and a spacious bath and closet area. Our view was a back alley and also a lovely side view of a church. We just returned from Ireland and my opinion of this hotel is that the service and staff are as good as it gets. The bar is so nice and we made friends there every night which made it very fun. The rooms are smallish and nothing really special: mattress is great, pillows just okay. The location is perfect and you could walk to great restaurants, pubs & shopping without hearing the noise.

We had such a good time here, the location is excellent, there is a lake a walk of 3min in front of the hotel. It has fireplaces in the front room with board games and original furniture, enjoyed every minute of our stay, the food is so good it worth coming for it on its own. If you are looking for a place on this part of Ireland look no more. Its amazing!

Lovely hotel! Extremely comfortable and quiet. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent and the morning's breakfast was superb! The staff was super friendly and nice and the property was very clean and nicely maintained! Would stay here again, overall excellent place to stay!

This was probably one of my favorite hotels in Ireland. I loved the easy parking for our cars, the rooms, amenities, and the bar. The staff there are all top notch, the hotel itself is lovely, and the location is wonderful. It seemed very quiet there. The only issue is coffee. If in-room coffee suits you, then no issues for you. But if you want good coffee at the hotel it's $20 room service, or the $60/pp breakfast. We had a fantastic time. The Wolfhound walk was so nice and he was hysterical. We also had dinner at George V, which was an amazing experience. However, the thing that I will never forget was the school of Falconry. We did the 90 minute Hawk Walk and it was one of the most amazing experiences in my life!

Hotel was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and the amenities lovely. I urge you to experience the spa. I only had time for a massage, but the combination specials they offer seem to be a great value. The massage was well done and much needed. I felt great afterward. I was also in love with the heated indoor pool the shape of a long Lima bean - all 4 ft. deep. Such a quietly elegant place. You feel like you are in Downton Abbey. The staff understands service and was gracious, helpful to a fault and friendly but never overbearing. The bathroom had a deep tub, heated towel rack and floor. It also had a terrace and a separate room as a closet. I was not in their best room but a mid-level room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ireland as a must stay. The hotel itself was luxurious without being pretentious, the staff was so very helpful, it is centrally located to beach in Ballybunion, sightseeing in Killarney and the ring of Kerry, and a short drive to Adare and neighboring sights.
