"Hotel, Staff, Breakfast and Staff were excellent. The only downside it is located in the neighborhood by the train station which is not very nice. But 5 stars for the hotel itself."

"Our stay was absolutely excellent, I'm so glad I found this hotel after looking at over 50 options near the Old Town area of Munich. We needed a room that had two separate beds (more difficult to find) as we had our exchange student with us and a Clubhouse Room on the 2nd floor was perfect! The space in our room was wonderful, extremely clean and comfortable, and our room was remarkably quiet facing a courtyard. Though we didn't use any of the common spaces, they looked great. All hotel staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating and even checked us in 2 hours early when I went in to see about parking in the garage. You do need to pay for parking inside the hotel before you can get a key card to enter the garage, just a small heads up. We took both the underground train (about a 15-20 min walk to Theresienweise station) and a bus that was about a 9 min walk away and both were easy. We also walked all the way to the central Old Town area one time and that took about 35-40 min. After taking that walk, I was so incredibly glad we booked where we did. Though only a little out of the way if you're hoping to explore Old Town, it is so much more peaceful and clean overall (maybe not during actual Oktoberfest which the hotel is adjacent to). We would definitely choose to stay here again if we visit Munich, but would also book at other Cocoon properties in other cities as well."

"Right outside the central station, staff are helpful and very friendy, front desk is 24hr, the street is relatively quiet compared to the other streets nearby. Ensuite room feels barren but thats fine, its just a place to sleep. They have an iron, just gotta ask reception and a deposit. Thank you!"

"We were a group of 7 people staying at this hotel for a leisure trip and we absolutely loved the hotel. It is conveniently located close to the Munich central train station. The cleanliness was top notch. The decor and little details were really great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great little outdoor area to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's staff."
