This cozy basement-level guest room has been lovingly furnished and offers around 33 m² – a perfect retreat close to the lake.



The location is fantastic:

Only a 7-minute walk separates you from the shores of Lake Ammersee – ideal for walks, swimming, or boat trips. Cafés, restaurants, and shops are also within easy reach.



The accommodation is also the perfect base for day trips and year-round highlights:

→ Into the Bavarian Alps and foothills – perfect for hiking, cycling, or winter sports

→ To Munich (approx. 50 minutes) – discover the city of culture and events:

Access to the accommodation works via contactless check-in using a key box and is possible at any time from 4 PM onwards. The code for the key box will be provided with the booking confirmation.



After entering through your own private entrance, you will find a hallway with the bathroom on the right and your bedroom and living room on the left.

All rooms are spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing.

There is plenty of space for your luggage.
