checking in was great, given a ton of information about the area, dining etc. Room was very good, bed a bit hard for me but ok for two nights. I found all amenities to be in good order. The staff took excellent care of my needs. I requested ground level accommodations and they were able to meet my requests each time. I stayed there 4 different weeks in a month and it was because they met all my needs to be comfortable. I would stay again for buisness and personal purposes. Keep up the great work Los Viajeros.
