The room was clean and comfortable for the price point. There were no tissues and in fact, the tissue holder was absent from the wall. Toiletries included only 1 small shampoo and 1 soap. No hair conditioner or lotion.

The property had no signage which made it feel a little sketchy. The address given came up as invalid on Google Maps. We stopped at the local Casey’s to inquire where the motel was & they didn’t know that the motel existed, as the address was a Steakhouse that had been closed down and the motel was located on the back side. It did say ‘Motel Office’ but that also looked old. Clean & beds were comfortable no coffee.

The property is an older property, but they’ve kept it fairly well up. It is simple has clean linens the facilities, clean and moderately kept don’t expect other manatees such as ice or coffee in the office but for the rate it is exceptional.

The room was re-done & new looking. Theres a microwave & frig in the rooms! That was good! Beds pretty good. The people at the front desk, (owners?) Didnt speak very good english... the outside of the property is run down and looks terrible. It smells aweful around the property also. We only got 2 towel sets for 3 people. Our tub was cracked so we put duct tape to block over the holes. The "deposit" wasnt released for 4 days from our bank. I had to call 3 days after we left to inquire about it. Very frustrating. Dont think we will stay there again.

The property looks very outdated and sketchy at first, once you get past that and get a room it is a pleasant surprise. The rooms are updated, remodeled, very clean and served its purpose. I had hoped for a coffee maker but there was not one, the only issue Iwas the bathroom tub, it looked like had been repaired numerous times, I couldn't tell what was "repair" and what might have been clean. The front desk people were not very helpful either.

Good value for the money

Although the outside of the hotel looks a little run down, and fixtures were not new, the room was nice and large, and everything was very clean. There was plentiful hot water in the shower. It was a nice quiet place to stay and the owners were happy to help. We will definetly stay here again. Also, there is a wonderful 50's style diner across the street where you can get a wonderful breakfast.

A Surprisingly Nice Stay And Great Value

The other reviews about the sketchy area, nearby packing company, abandoned appearance, lack of amenities and dated furnishings are accurate. No breakfast was offered. However, room was clean and fresh, renovated and comfortable. It was a good value and we would stay again.

Comfortable beds, inexpensive.

If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay, this can do. Just don’t expect a lot of amenities. The outside of the building makes you believe you are in the wrong place. The pictures definitely are a bit better than the rooms look. The bathrooms were small. I will say that the beds were very comfortable.
