Just a few blocks away you can enjoy tennis, pickle ball, a walk or jog along the Arkansas river, or display your skills at the Derby Skateboard Park. Within minutes be floating down the Rock River Rapids or checking out the Field Station; Dinosaur Park. Decarsky dog Park is a great place to meet new friends. Convenience stores, Fast food and restaurants are all close by.
The space
This Private home with a fenced backyard is completely remodeled with 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 on the main level.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom with tub and shower. The main bathroom has an open rain shower. The open floor plan comes with a fully equipped kitchen and an oven with an Air Fry option. The beautiful Quartz counter is convenient for work or play with USB, electrical, and wireless Wi-Fi. The Coffee Bar has a Big Pot for the “Coffee” lovers, with an espresso machine, bean grinder, Keurig, frothier and a Juicer. A variety of board games and yard games are provided for family fun. So come enjoy a quiet night, a barbecue, or just watch the fire in the chiminea.
