"Super friendly staff."

"AC was very weak, we had to turn it really low to get cold air. The remote to the tv did not work. The towels were dirty, the top comforter appeared to have been burned because a big chunk was missing. Also, someone was playingusiccall night and no one did anything about it. I will NOT be returning."

"There is no closet in this room and nowhere to hang anything, no phones on bedside tables or places to charge phones, very small bath towels, nowhere in the shower to put soap or shampoo/conditioner, no hair dryer, no lock besides the door handle lock. Nice vanity and shower, had been updated. bed was okay."

"I enjoyed the room. It has a fridge, microwave, and nice tv. It was very clean. It is cleaned daily which I appreciated. The hotel is very convenient and comfortable. The only issue I had was when I checked in. The front desk staff was rude. They did not know what the “third party” partners rules and regulations were. I contacted Hotels.com and it was figured out right away. On the second day which was a Wednesday staff came to the door shouting “Are you checking out or what?” I said, “I'm here until Saturday” that staff was the cleaning crew. I just didn’t understand how they didn’t know I wasn’t checking out. Luckily I was there so they wouldn’t toss my stuff. Other than the staff the room was exactly what I have been looking for. I will stay here again and definitely avoid staff. Room: comfortable bed, pillows are ok. Clean towels. Very clean and cleaned daily. Parking: lots of parking. Pool: very clean and accessible. Property: very clean. Room Amenities: fridge, phone, microwave, tv, keurig. all available Surroundings: excellent fast food/restaurants and shopping, close to hospitals."

"The parking was easy. Location of the rooms were fine. The cleanest of the room was decent. The price of the location was good. The location didn’t feel unsafe. However, they only had one trashcan in the room, which is very odd. No place to put your clothing if that’s OK like hanging your clothes and what not didn’t have a hairdryer, but this is a motel and the only other thing that really bothered me was the sound of the vehicles passing by but other than that, it was fine "
