Room was clean and very spacious, view are amazing. Room service was also super fast and very convenient as if you do not have a booking for restaurant you will not find food besides the lounge bar or the local tavern.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Reef View Hotel. The views were nothing short of spectacular, the location is perfect for getting around easily and the staff were all so lovely and helpful.

Amazing sea view room, shame there's no sun lounger on balcony, breakfast buffet was very good with multiple options for everyone. Snorkelling included in price i front of the hotel was great, turtles, stingrays & colourful fish

The views from this hotel are simply spectacular. Free transport to any area on the island is available, but you are walking distance to all of the shops and cafes/restaurants. Facilities are second to none and the staff were faultless. If I were going to Hamilton Island again I would stay there.

Was lovely! View was awesome! Breakfast was lovely and not long waits. Staff was always friendly/ helpful and happy to go above and beyond. We went whilst renovations were in process I would suggest for long stay clients more cleaning including vaccum and changing sheets every three days

Views are always perfect. I like how they installed carpet. Bathrooms are getting very dated and need renovating. We’ve been going to HI since 1999 and this is the first time the breakfast at pool terrace we thought had gone downhill in quality.

Overall our stay was nice. The check in and out was super easy. The air port transfers were great! Our room was nice, newly renovated. However. If we used up amenities they were never replaced. We had to ask for top ups on things like toilet paper. Which isn’t nice when you are away. Not something you want to think about. Overall, a nice stay. Accomodation is close to everything We were able to walk with ease to most places but if that’s not an option there were many useful transportation services around.
