The house has a cosy living room with a SMART TV and plenty of space to sit down and relax in the evening after a long day at work.
OUTDOOR AREAS:
The dream house for a summer outdoors! We have a beautiful south-facing courtyard with an outdoor sofa set for 4 and a BBQ.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine & washing machine.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
We have a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board for your use.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is 1 bathroom at the property with a toilet, sink, bath and shower.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire property during your stay. From the comfortable bedroom to the well-equipped kitchen and relaxing lounge - it's all yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
RULES:
*This property is not suitable for parties! This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 pm, the quiet times are to be respected.
*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £500 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.
*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation.
T&Cs / DEPOSIT:
We require the completion of our check-in form. This includes an agreement to our booking terms & payment of a refundable security deposit. This security deposit will be returned upon checkout unless there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.
LONG TERM STAY CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require fortnightly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at additional cost.
PETS:
Please message us if you would like to bring a pet.
PARKING:
There is free parking on the streets surrounding the property.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There are steep spiral stairs in the property which must be climbed to access the bedroom and bathroom.
We are opposite a railway line with a lovely view of passing trains. Whilst we have very good double glazing passing trains can be gently heard.
