Staff were amazing . Arrived late at night , alone with my young daughter . They helped me check in and even managed to make a hot chocolate which wasn’t on the menu (using ice cream sauce and hot milk) . They made the hotel friendly and relaxing . We will be back .

I arrived early and was expecting to wait as check in is usually at 3, but the man ot the reception allowed me to check in at 2.15 and also gave me a free upgrade. I have come here multiple times and have never been let down.

On Saturday night there was a continuous humming in the room and no hot water. On the Sunday morning there was no water at all in the bathroom. I did complain and received a refund, but I won't be staying there again.
