「It was accommodation only. We had key code to let you in. Didnt see the owner at all. Bedroom was small but adequate. Ensuite was small. Bed was not that comfortable but it was very clean.」

「Beautiful house with everything you could need provided. Plenty of space and comfortable beds.」

「Seamless check in.Great communication Handy for centre of Cardiff」

「Perfect for our needs. Found parking on the street easily.Able to walk to the bay and to the city.Clean and comfortable.beds.Nice garden patio area too.」

「Good clean quiet location, no issues at all, nice and relaxing, everything needed for a self catered break away whilst still having easy access to everything Cardiff had to offer for our stay which is just what we needed this time.」

「Photos were taken a while ago, looking quite shabby now, lots of rubbish piled up outside, bath enamel badly chipped, sofa bed was the only place to sit and not very comfortable (not enough seating for 6 people). Bedrooms look larger in the pictures, beds against the walls, hanging for clothes but no draws. TV is fine if you want to watch Netflix but no way of watching normal channels.」

「The location and private car park was good especially as we were there for the University. Access to city centre and Bute park was great….But thats about it. The place could do with a touch of paint, and revamp, new carpet as numerous stain… mattress lopsided and not comfy. It needs TLC and bring it up to standard. The photos does not reflect its current state. Lots of spiders crawling around..😓. Also which freaked out my family ..」

「The positives:The bed was comfortableThe linen and towels were cleanThe WIFI is goodThe host responded to my messages quickly and in a friendly mannerUnfortunately the pictures are old - the general cleanliness and maintenance was poor (for example the freezer was iced over, badly broken freezer drawer and dirt at the base of the freezer, greasy cutlery and pans, a dirty shower curtain - which was changed at my request - missing toilet roll holder, missing clothes hanging space, toilet...

「The beds were dreadful and fit only for the bin. The house wasn't clean - dead spiders, dusty, chewing gum on the floor under the sofa, carpets not clean, cupboard doors falling off, the garden was a mess. This was a student house and most definitely not home from home. The host provided a mattress topper for one of the beds but it was still uncomfortable. We would never stay there again and never use VRBO again. It was a total misrepresentation of what we actually found when we arrived. ...

「Rooms were dirty. Finishes in rooms were very poor; flooring not meeting skirting creating areas for dirt.Photos were totally unrepresentative of the property.Owners didn’t share information that alot of surrounding roads were closed for concerts.Don’t know if the price was normal but seems like it was increased significantly due to the concerts. Would not recommend.」
