"AC was loud, room was cold even without the AC, toilet didn’t flush."

"Our room was gross. It was not clean. I cleaned the shower before using it. There was sand on the floor everywhere. Every day. It was never cleaned. The bedding was never changed. There were long hairs all over the bedding. There was unfinished wood framing on the bath door frame. The door squeaked SO loud. There were greasy smudges on the walls and light switches. One elevator was out of service the whole time. Staff wasn’t very polite. I asked for silverware and it never came. I had to go to the lobby and was give a plastic set. The ice room on 5th floor was disgusting. "

"We checked in on a Sunday. There were hundreds of people lounging about the lobby and pool. It was a mix of people waiting to get rooms (those that just came off a cruise ship like us) and those waiting to go into cruise ships. Otherwise, it was clean, nice, in a great location along Ft Lauderdale Beach."

"The night concierge is a joke. We booked a double bed room but were told when we checked in late (despite me calling multiple times to provide a heads up) that they didn’t have that room available and we’d get a single bed room. I was traveling with a friend and this was not ideal. A pullout bed was the only option for one of us."

"Great, giant room. Good view, very quiet, swell bed. Just wish it had been clear that their airport shuttle only runs till 10:30 pm. What Breakfast?"

"Nice hotel. Busy and heavily trafficked area (1 mile from airport). Carpet throughout hotel needs to be replaced. Room clean. Certain furniture and decor in the room needs to be replaced. Bed comfortable. Clean linens. Clean bathroom. Great pool area. Great room view onto the pool. Amazing restaurant on the top on the hotel with amazing view of airport and city. Great happy hour! "
