「It was overall a good experience. It was located within 2-3 miles of every location we were visiting. Trader Joe’s is a few blocks away as well as several good restaurants. It was clean and had adequate kitchen and laundry needs. The coffee pot is drip in case someone wants to know about Keurig. There is a good blender for smoothies. The host communicated in a timely way. The parking was the only glitch. The assigned 2 spots are tight and require parking talent for a small suv. This seems to be...

「This space was exactly as listed. It is a beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. It was also nice to have a dedicated parking space for my stay.The room is a bright space and everything was clean and comfortable. The room has a mini fridge and some housewares to be able to eat & drink in the room. I would definitely stay here again! 」

「Linda was absolutely wonderful to communicate with! She was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. The unit itself was spacious, and we appreciated having a designated parking space and being close to the beach since we were staying for Warped Tour weekend. We initially had trouble accessing the unit because the provided door code did not work, but Linda responded promptly and helped us resolve it.The main drawback was that we did not feel entirely comfortable with the unit’s security...

「Very sterile and minimal. Sheets and towels poor quality. Spent a little time as possible in the unit due to lack of comfort. Although it was very clean.」

「Apartment was very cute loved the decor. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the convention center, beaches and resturants. Neighbors were very nice and helpful with information. Parking was a bit of a hassle, there was limited street parking. Luckily a neighbors suggested the pay to park lot 2 blocks down.」

「The instructions for checking in were poorly written and needed to be sent much sooner than they did. The floors were not clean and our feet got filthy walking on them. The place was very convenient for walking, but don't bring more than one vehicle, there is only one parking space available. We had to pay for offsite parking. You need to park in the loading zone in order to access the keys.」
