「The room was clean, quiet, and equipped with AC, and a nice hot shower. Breakfast was delicious. Although my flight arrived on time, I missed my scheduled pickup time due to customs. They waited for me the entire time and were incredibly kind and understanding about it.」

「This hotel was AMAZING! For anyone who has accessibility issues, I would contact the hotel in advance and ask to have a room near reception/the pool. We actually timed it once and the walk was over 4 minutes to our cabin and there were lots of stairs. We're all able bodied so it was fine but I can imagine this would be difficult for some. The restaurant food was delicious. The breakfast was a buffet and it was amazing. We had 1 dinner onsite on our last day and all the food was incredible but...
