「The hotel was good. Expedia is a hot mess. Use at your own risk. Expedia won’t answer a phone call and blames booking issues on the hotel. It seems impossible to get through Expedia phone tree, then when you finally get through they hang up. I won’t use them again. I switched to hotels.com but found out Expedia and hotels are connected. I’ll just contact the hotel directly in the future. Expedia sends you to a chat bot and it says to contact the hotel. The hotel was willing to adjust...

「Very slow check in (new employee who should NOT have been unassisted on a weekend) Room key didn’t work and indoor pool was frigid. Small hot tub was good temp. Breakfast had plenty of choices and overall cleanliness was good. Our bed was comfortable but the shower had no hooks or towel racks. We didn’t appreciate the 9:00 knock on door from young cleaning staff asking us how long we were going to be there. (Check out =11:00). 」
