Open, modern, fully equipped and airy throughout with a sitting area/deck that welcomes the fresh air and the sunshine- not to mention amazing sunsets. Close to all amenities and activities in Estepona. It’s a wow! We will be back and recommend this beautiful home to groups who want a relaxing vacation in a perfect setting!」

「Just spent 10 days at this villa and had a great time. We couldn’t have asked for more with everything we needed being there. The little touches including the basics you need without having to shop on arrival (including a massive bag of fresh oranges) were gratefully received. The pool was such a good size and both adults and kids alike had fun. The only surprise, considering everything else was sorted for us was that the owners couldn’t arrange better weather……only kidding, the weather gods...

「Richard was quick to reply to my questions and very kind to let us have an early check in. The villa is stunning with tons of space and plenty of things to keep the kids busy. The villa is a ten minute drive from Estepona old town, which is beautiful, loved eating out there. Our only complaint would be the pool maintenance guy took a whole day to clean the pool. He left all the cleaning equipment in the pool and disappeared for the day. We mentioned it to Rebecca and she quickly chases him...

「This is a great property in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the beach (15min walk) and the old city center (20min walk). Plenty of space for our family and the manager handled the few minor issues we experienced. It was a great trip!」

「We were so happy we found this little gem. Clive the host was so kind and sent us all the information we required before arriving, we decided to get the train from airport and his directions were great and easy to follow. On arrival he had left us a welcome pack which was very generous and a god send - water, 4 beers, cava, bread, milk, ham, cheese, butter. We certainly made the most of these as I would say if you are hiring a car this is the perfect location however as we only stayed 4 nights...

「Maison très bien équipée pour une famille et bien située, près de la voie rapide A7 (comme elle est encaissée, le cadre est calme). Avec un supplément de prix la piscine, grande, est bien chauffée. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas (annonce à mettre à jour). On peut se garer à 150 m. Le terrain pourrait être plus grand mais les citronniers sont magnifiques. L'ensemble est bien entretenu. Un jardinier et un pisciniste passent deux fois par semaine. L'hypermarché Alcampo (Auchan) et centre commercial...

「Nice villa with good inside and outside space. Great view of the ocean. My only negative is there was significant building work happening in the next door property. This is just bad luck on timings for us but it would have been good to have known this before arrival and be given the option to change the date of booking or cancel the booking. Appreciate this is not the owners fault or within their control, but there was significant noise monday to friday 8am to 3pm which impacted our stay.」

「Die Villa ist sehr schön und sauber, alle Schlafzimmer mit separatem Bad, die Küche ist voll eingerichtet, tolles Grundstück von einer Hecke umgeben und Garage unter der Villa. Der Pool ist groß, für Kleinkinder allerdings nicht geeignet. Wlan reichte nicht bis in die obere Etage. 2 Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und die anderen beiden jeweils 2 Einzelbetten, viel Platz in den Kleiderschränken. 「Fantastische locatie maar een aantal dingen zijn aan vervanging toe zoals douchekop en fornuisknop en plaat plus een nieuwe bakpannen set. Pépé (de eigenaar) was een heel aardige en zeer behulpzame man. Al met al hebben we ontzettend genoten!」

「I spent the most wonderful 3 nights at the villa with x4 girlfriends pre-wedding. The villa was well equipped and a great location. Definitely need the pool heated as would be too cold otherwise! Would love to go back for longer next time! :)」

「Erg leuke tijd gehad op deze locatie. Wij waren hier met gezin met volwassenen kinderen. Twee slaapkamers hebben een volledig 2 persoonsbed en twee kamers een queensize. Alles is er aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, zowel binnen als buiten. Het interieur is standaard en niet modern.」

「We really enjoyed our time here. The location isn’t great if the beach or city centre is a priority unless you have a car or enjoy long walks. We had a car and do enjoy long walks so we used both modes of transportation and had no problem with the location. The apartment is very functional and was more than enough space for the two of us, although I think it would work for four as well. We really appreciated the outdoor charcoal grill. 「Appartement très propre avec une vue direct sur la mer. La réception 24h/24 est très importante On est arrivé à 1h du matin et le Monsieur de la réception était très gentil et accueillant. Seul bémol c'est les places de parking. Je recommande.」
